Description |
Constructed of brown brick, limestone and granite in the Classical Revival style with Beaux Arts elements. The building features a rusticated granite base, a tall domed brick and carved limestone clocktower, a bracketed cornice, pilasters capped with Prairie style ornament, handcarved limestone cartouches on each face of the parapet, two double-height entry porticos supported by Corinthian columns and flat arched openings at the entry level. |
