| Description |
Designed in a Modern Classical style, the building blends a mix of traditional and contemporary elements. It is a concrete-frame building clad in brick and limestone with pink granite accents. It is defined by its monolithic brick massing and strong symmetry. While there is minimal ornament on the exterior, the building features a monumentally scaled entrance with a decorative aluminum screen and Art Deco relief at the top. The vertically arranged metal-sash windows are framed with projecting limestone surrounds. |
