Description Constructed of brick and limestone with sheet metal details in the Second Empire style. The building features limestone quoins, mansard roofs with ocular dormers and a tall central clocktower with a very tall mansard roof. In 1936, the brick was stuccoed over and a two-story addition constructed.
Modifications -1910 and 1925 - Interior altered.-1936 - Annex and jail built, stucco finish over original brick.-1972 - Aluminum windows added by contractors D.E. Walker and Sons.
