Description |
Designed in a Classical Moderne style with imposing block massing and relatively austere exterior. It is constructed of steel and reinforced concrete and is faced entirely in limestone. The five-story building possesses two wings on its east and west elevations; both are three stories atop the basement and one floor shorter than the main block. It features conservative Art Deco
ornamentation, including minimal reliefs, vertical windows, and graceful angular lines.
